Lisa has been providing sports massage to top athletes including pro-triathletes, Olympic cyclists, bodybuilders and runners since 1993. She specializes in Sports Massage and Myofascial Massage. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher; I work in collaboration (in the same office) with Dr. Richard Hansen, D.C. in central Boulder and have seen many of his clients already. After being an elite runner for many years, my interest in the human body led me to become a certified massage therapist in June 2007; and I have been practicing within a medical or fitness related facility ever since. I excel in treatment-oriented therapy and am knowledgeable in postural dysfunctions and sports-related injuries. I have worked with many athletes including runners, yogis, and tri-athletes ranging from your weekend warrior to Olympian! I also encourage all of my clients to include rehabilitation exercises and yoga in their lives as a routine course of therapy. I have been teaching yoga since February 2009 and sometimes I even include both massage and yoga in sessions. Ask about available payment plans.
